香港心母乳顧問及疫苗中心於2013年成立，主要由兒科醫生、國際認證泌乳顧問(IBCLC)、註冊助產士、註冊營養師、全科醫生及註冊護士營運，自創辦以來，致力提供產前及母乳餵哺支援與疫苗接種服務。
而我們的精神科醫生及脊骨神經科醫生更負責提供輔導服務，產後修復療程及護理服務等，旨在協助產後女士保持身心健康的狀態。
We are the medical professional in Prenatal, Postpartum, and Lactation Support.
Hong Kong Hearts Lactation and Vaccination Medical Centre was launched in 2013, and is operated by our professional medical team of different disciplines including Pediatrician, IBCLC, Registered Midwife, General Practitioner and Registered Nurse. Since commencement, it has striven to provide lactation counselling and vaccination service in Hong Kong.
Our lactation team is managed by IBCLC, which ensures that all lactation service items are up to standard and delivered according to the Code of Professional Conduct (IBLCE).
母乳餵哺支援
我們的母乳餵哺支援團隊由「國際認證泌乳顧問」(IBCLC)管理，國際認證泌乳顧問是全球唯一認可，提供母乳餵哺支援之醫療專業資格。
我們遵守《成功母乳餵哺十項指引》（WHO /UNICEF）並堅持“母乳餵哺為先”的原則，通過提供個人化的哺乳解決方案及支援服務、醫生和營養師諮詢、產後上門催乳服務，顯著提高母乳餵哺的成功率。我們的線上平台更可提供持續的哺乳建議和緊急哺乳支援。
Our lactation support is managed by our International Board of Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). The IBCLC credential is the only internationally recognised qualification and the highest professional qualification in lactation support.
We uphold the “Breastfeeding First” principle to our patient and comply to “Ten Steps to Successful Breastfeeding” (WHO/UNICEF) by providing tailor made lactation solution, breastfeeding support, doctor and dietitian consultation and short home visits for postnatal breast massage to our patients which could significantly improve their successful rate on breastfeeding. And our online platform can offer a sustainable lactation education and urgent breastfeeding support.
產前服務
我們的產前服務由註冊助產士管理，提供分娩安排及計劃等支援服務。
我們幫助準父母順利渡過進入父母階段並提供全面的產前教育項目。該項目由我們的助產士、精神科醫生及家庭科醫生主理，旨在幫助孕婦保持身心健康的狀態及預防抑鬱症。
Our prenatal service is managed by Registered Midwife, in which education and assistance regarding birth and labor planning will be provided.
To assist our patients for a smooth transition to parenthood, we offer a wide-board of antenatal education program which is designed to meet the physical and emotional well-being of pregnant women and hosted by our Midwife, Psychiatrist and Doctors.
疫苗接種服務
我們盡最大努力為客戶提供最有效的兒童和成人疫苗接種服務。 我們的醫療團隊參考世界衛生組織準則運作，確保我們提供的服務符合最高的醫療標準。
我們亦致力於革新疫苗儲存標準，使用完善的冷鏈監控系統，選用高規格疫苗雪櫃存放對溫度敏感的疫苗，嚴格控制儲存溫度為2-8℃之間，保證疫苗品質。
We put our best effort to provide the most effective child and adult vaccination services to our clients. Our medical team operates with a guidance code referencing to WHO guidelines which ensures the services we provide is with the highest medical standards.
We also strive to revolutionize the vaccine storage standard to the next level, with our advanced cold chain management system, all temperature-sensitive vaccines are stored in high-performance refrigerators to keep them in a specific 2-8°C temperature range.
產後護理服務
我們的產後護理服務由註冊脊骨神經科醫生及註冊營養師管理，針對媽媽的產後健康需要，提供有效且實際的護理治療，如脊骨調整、紮肚、盆底肌修復等等。脊骨神經科護理以非藥物、非手術方式，治療肌肉脊骨神經系統，達至舒緩痛症、改善身體活動能力及加快產後身體復原效果。
Our postpartum care is managed by Registered Chiropractor and Registered Dietitian (APD) with the aim of delivering effective and practical healthcare solution from the medical perspective. Our medical devices are accredited by FDA and approved by international accreditation bodies.
